ACL offers Patient Service Centers throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, Northern Illinois and the Chicago Metro area for specimen collection.

Billing

At this time, ACL Laboratories does not offer Online Bill pay. For additional information regarding billing, call 800.877.7016, Option #1.
