To help minimize the spread of COVID-19, please DO NOT come into the lab if any of the following situations apply to you. Instead, call the Advocate Aurora Health COVID-19 hotline at 866-443-2584 or contact your health care provider.

  • Close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 patient within 14 days of symptoms starting. Close contact examples include living in the same house, kissing, hugging, sharing utensils, carpooling and close conversation.
  • You OR any household member experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, including a fever higher than 100.4°F (38°C) that has lasted more than 24 hours, a cough, trouble breathing, or a new onset of loss of taste or smell.
  • You OR anyone in your household is experiencing nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.
  • You screened positive for exposure to COVID-19 and need to be seen immediately (within 14 days of screening). In this case, contact your health care provider.
